All In wrapped up its community forum in Jasper County on Tuesday, February 24. All In is a three-part program developed by Purdue Extension that is designed to help communities, families and schools address issues related to ostracism and social rejection. The series includes a presentation by Dr. Kip Williams on his research on ostracism, screenings of the documentary film “Reject” and a facilitated community conversation.
Jasper County HHS Educator Alice Smith led the planning team that hosted the series. CD Regional Educator Kris Parker facilitated the community conversation. Participants included educators, foster parents, counselors, CASA volunteers, college students and many other concerned community members. This powerful program brings cutting-edge research to Indiana counties and helps groups work together to build a more positive community.
